I have recently discovered that I have a couple of medical issues and have had to take to a gluten free diet, something which is taking a bit of adjustment. I do love my bread.

My saving grace has been fruit.

I love rhubarb. It isn’t sweet (so I generally mix it with apple), and it has the most wonderful colour.

I have found that continuing to enjoy things which I have always loved, sometimes needing to modify the way I prepare food or substitute ingredients to make it fit the new world order.

I have some plants in the backyard. Hopefully they have survived the winter frosts.
